The property stands on a hill 100 meters above sea level, a few kilometers from the sea, a perfect position that offers mild winters and non-humid summers, softened by a light breeze. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, its privileged position as a natural terrace allows you to enjoy a view that is lost in the thousand tones of green in spring and ocher in late summer and autumn, immersed in gentle hills that slope towards the sea.

The villa has 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, living room with fireplace, kitchen with direct access to the main patio facing the pool area, dining room with bay window that can be transformed into a patio with dining area in summer, TV room with Dolby surround sound (can be used as a double room with private bathroom if necessary) .
- All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and the bedrooms also with ceiling or column fans.
- Salt water infinity pool (no chlorine), multiple equipped patios and pergolas.
- External parking for four cars with electric car charging station.
- Multiple pergolas and patios equipped with wicker sofas, tables, day beds, sun loungers to make your stay in contact with nature even more comfortable.
